RETURNS

We will gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.

U.S. RETURNS

To start your returns process please send an email to 2czarface@gmail.com

• Provide your order #, date of purchase, name, phone number and address
• Advise your reason for return
• Advise if you would like a refund, or exchange for other product or size

We will reply to you by email within 48 hours with a Return Authorization number, and instructions.

Once your return is received via mail, a replacement will be sent out, or a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping and will need to contact us via email to initiate a return.
